Get in some movement, even if it’s just 5 minutes!

We had a long drive ahead of us from San Luis Obispo back to Phoenix, about 10 hours total.  Sitting in the car for such a long period of time can be tough on the back, the butt and the mind!  To curb the stiffness we stopped off at the beach to get some circulation back in the body and enjoy the waves at the same time!

Even just a few minutes of fun and movement can help relieve stiffness and bring on the feel good!
