For us women (and men) who are busy taking care of the kids, the house, and perhaps working outside of the home, even 10 minutes to ourselves can sometimes seem impossible. I am a mom to two fabulous kids, who have their own ideas of what I should be doing when I am not teaching a yoga class, and it doesn’t usually involve me running off to take an actual studio class! So, yesterday between teaching, I took the opportunity to roll out my mat to connect and find calm, even if it was only for a quickie!
My wish for you is to take some time today to honor YOU! Perhaps roll out your mat and practice, take a bubble bath, or enjoy a walk around the neighborhood. Whatever you do, do something for YOU! You’ll thank YOU later!
