|It’s hard to believe we are now over half way through the first month of 2016! How are you doing on those goals or new years resolutions that you set on January 1st? Are you meeting, exceeding or have you thrown your goals out the window in discouragement?
If you are meeting or exceeding the goals you set forth, good for you! If you have started to let them slip, which is understandable, because the demands of life have set in, aka…the kids, the job and everything else that comes up during our daily lives and gives us an excuse to put ourselves on the backburner, there is good news! You can still make changes! We actually change every single day. We are never the same person we were the day before, even the minute before. So settle into this new year with ease. That doesn’t mean get lazy with your health and fitness but it means there is always another opportunity to choose better options, so don’t beat yourself up.
